Procurement of a 'Local Authority' Legal Case Management System

North Tyneside Council are seeking to procure a fully cloud and browser-based Legal Case Management System to support the effective and efficient delivery of its Legal Services function. The solution will provide integrated legal case management, document redaction, court bundling, reporting and dashboard functionality, together with workflow automation, secure role-based access and mobile functionality. The requirement will also include implementation, migration of existing Council case data, training and ongoing support. Contract duration: 3 years, with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months each
